This course is designed to prepare human resource professionals in public and nonprofit organizations for the IPMA-HR Certified Professional (IPMA-CP) certification examination

Facilitator Biography

Dale Pazdra

City of Coral Springs Director of Human Resources

Dale joined the City of Coral Springs in 2006, having worked previously in the private sector for more than fifteen years. Dale has held increasingly responsible positions in the field of Human Resources serving in a leadership/management capacity for more than two decades. He has extensive experience in all facets of human resource operations with an emphasis on leadership and organization development. He has led multiple cross-functional teams and quality initiatives to improve the delivery of HR services and established best practices for employee engagement and retention. He has served as President of the South Florida IPMA-HR executive board since 2012 and has been teaching undergraduate Human Resources and Public Administration courses at a local university since 2011.

He graduated from Barry University with a Master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA) in 2010 and Elmhurst College with a Bachelor of Science (Management) degree in 1990.
