Public Service Leaders, who are also students in the Executive Master of Public Administration Program, hosted a seminar on Sea-Level Rise, Sustainability, and Resilience on March 11th, 2017. As a part of their EMPA Capstone experience (last course in the MPA program), students met with scientists and local government leaders to discuss topics ranging from the science behind sea-level rise to the projected impact on South Florida.
Krystal Permanan, an alumna of the Executive MPA program, receives recognition by Caribbean National Weekly for her outstanding public service.
Each year NIGP recognizes individual and agency members who have achieved hallmark status in the eyes of their peers. This year our very own MPA Director received the 2016 NIGP Spirit Award.
